Privacy policy

This policy explains what Fleaner collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers our website, the Fleaner app and the emails we send.

Who we are

Fleaner (“we”) runs the Fleaner platform. For tenant workspace data, the tenant is the controller and we process it on their behalf. For our own accounts and website, we are the controller.

What we collect

Account details: your name, work email, business name and website.
Workspace data: your offer, ideal customer, saved leads, drafted pitches and settings.
Prospect data: business information and business contact details found in public sources.
Usage data: sign-in times, device, approximate location and feature usage.
Billing details, handled by our payment provider. We never see full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your workspace and its agents.
To send sign-in codes, receipts and the activity emails you choose.
To keep accounts secure, for example by flagging a sign-in from a new device.
To improve Fleaner using aggregated, de-identified usage.

AI processing

Agents send prospect details and your offer to an AI model to score fit and draft pitches. If you connect your own model, data goes to that provider under your agreement with them. We don’t allow AI providers to train on your workspace data.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that help us run Fleaner, such as hosting, email delivery, payments and AI models, and only as needed. We don’t sell personal data.

Retention

Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days after you close your workspace. Prospects who are never saved as leads are removed after 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Settings, or by writing to [email protected]. If a business or person found through Fleaner wants their details removed, they can contact us at the same address and we’ll remove them from every workspace.
