Terms of service

These terms apply when you register a tenant workspace or use Fleaner. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid work email to register. You sign in with one-time codes, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including your teammates’.

Plans and billing

Every plan starts with a free trial. The length and what it includes are shown when you register.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

If a payment fails, we retry twice. After that, agents pause until payment is updated.

Acceptable use

You may use Fleaner to find and contact businesses that may need your offer. You may not:

Send messages that break anti-spam or privacy laws where you or the recipient are based.

Contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

Use Fleaner to collect personal data unrelated to a business relationship.

Resell access, or try to get around usage limits.

AI output

Agents draft pitches and score leads, but they can be wrong. You review and approve every message before it is sent, and you are responsible for what you send.

Your data

You own your workspace data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Fleaner to you. You can export it at any time.

Ending the service

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Fleaner is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email tenant admins at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
